Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown is the General Manager of operations at the Mini Melts Ice Cream manufacturing facility in Asylum, CT. Lisa’s role includes overseeing the production and packaging of the product, ensuring all flavors are always in stock and available. She also oversees the warehouse in making sure that all customers orders are being packed correctly.

Lisa’s favorite part of working at Mini Melts Ice Cream is the family environment and knowing she is working for a country-wide company. She describes Mini Melts as challenging and rewarding.

Outside of Mini Melts, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and working on DIY projects.
