“NATIONAL ICE CREAM MONTH” SWEEPSTAKES

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on July 1, 2026 at opening time (local time) and continuing until July 31st, 2026 at closing time (local time), visit any participating Big Air Trampoline Park and purchase Mini Melts at the concession stand, receive a card with a QR code to the sweepstakes landing page, scan the QR code, enter the unique digit code on the card, and follow the on-screen entry instructions.

To obtain a QR code without any purchase required, please send a letter to Mini Melts USA, 2540 Metropolitan Dr., Trevose, PA 19053, including your name, zip code and email address, and the Big Air Trampoline Park at which you would like to redeem the prize you might win. We will email you back a QR code and unique digit code which you may use to enter.

Fill in all required information. No incomplete entries will be accepted. Entries must be in English. Entries that contain content that, in Sponsors’ sole discretion, is not suitable or appropriate or is deemed lewd may be disqualified. Entry material that violates or infringes upon another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights (including, without limitation, trademark or copyright infringement), without permission will also be disqualified. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method will void all entries and result in disqualification.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of the 48 Continental United States and D.C., 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry, except for employees of directors and officers of Mini Melts USA, LLC, doing business as Mini Melts and of H2O Partners, LLC doing business as Big Air Trampoline Park (“Sponsors”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and agencies (collectively "Promotion Parties"), and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void in Hawaii and Alaska, and where prohibited by law.

3. DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about August 3, 2026 by Sponsors to select the winners from among all eligible entries received. There will be one prize winner awarded from all entries received at each of the Big Air Trampoline Parks or identified in the free alternative method of entry, and one grand prize winner chosen from all entries received from all of the Big Air Trampoline Parks and free alternative method of entry. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of entries received. Potential winners will be notified by email on or around August 3, 2026, and must accept the prize within 48 hours after notification is sent or such other date set by Sponsors. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsors shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. The return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All income and other taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of the winner. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold the Promotion Parties harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices due to entrant's spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in this sweepstakes; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize. If, in the Sponsors’ opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or modify this sweepstakes. In the event of termination, winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared made by the name on the entry form.

5. PRIZES: The Prizes will consist of:

a. One prize package comprised of a Mini Melts branded skate board, backpack, stickers, and chap sticks will be awarded from all entries received from or identified as being from each Big Air Trampoline Park, including the free method of entry. Approximate retail value of One Hundred Fifty ($150) Dollars for each prize package; and

b. One grand prize chosen from among all entries received at all Big Air Trampoline Parks and from all free alternative methods of entry consisting of one year’s worth of Mini Melts ice cream. One year of Mini Melts ice cream will be redeemable at the front desk of the winner’s preferred participating Big Air Trampoline Park. Winner will be required to show the front desk the email notification indicating they are the winner of this prize. Approximate retail value of this prize is Two Hundred to Four Hundred ($200 - $400) Dollars, depending on redemption quantity. No entry to any Big Air Park is included or required to visit the concession stand.

c. To redeem a prize package, show the email communication to the front desk of the Big Air location. The front desk / manager will review the email communication from Mini Melts and coordinate date for the winner to retrieve the prize package at the Big Air location. For the grand prize winner of free Mini Melts ice cream for a year, to redeem ice cream at the Big Air location, show the email communication at the front desk for instant redemption and a store employee will bring over the ice cream. In Michigan, the winner may contact sweepstakes@minimeltsusa.com and the grand prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted by winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. All prizes will be awarded. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize at issue will remain un-awarded.

6. NO AFFILIATION WITH ANY SOCIAL MEDIA SITE: This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, X, and TikTok. All entrants understand and acknowledge that they are providing their information to Sponsors, and not to any platform. All entries become the property of Sponsors. By entering, the entrant consents to receive email and SMS marketing from Big Air Trampoline Parks. All such communications will include an opt-out option.

7. CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
